Question 1

What is GlintGoblin?

Accepted Answer

GlintGoblin turns an original concept into an AI-generated short visual story. You can submit a title, premise, and format, and the generation flow produces a full-frame 9:16 portrait MP4 that is 15 seconds long. TikTok publishing remains manual.

Question 2

Who is GlintGoblin for?

Accepted Answer

GlintGoblin is for people who want to explore an original idea or turn one into a short video. Concept exploration and saving are free; a paid credit is used when you are ready to generate the video.

Question 3

How do monthly subscription credits work?

Accepted Answer

After the subscription payment is verified and the subscription is confirmed active or trialing for the provider-confirmed current billing period, that period’s monthly allowance is granted. Each renewal grants the allowance for its new period. Monthly credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over.

Question 4

When does a paid video generation use a credit?

Accepted Answer

A generation reserves 6 credits while it runs. The charge is finalized only when a usable saved 15-second portrait MP4 is available. Failed, canceled, invalid, or unsaved results release the reservation and cost zero credits.

Question 5

Do one-time credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Configured one-time credits never expire. They are separate from monthly subscription credits, which expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over.
